Resurfacing Laser (Erbium Fully Ablative)

Fully ablative Erbium YAG resurfacing treatments are fully customizable to address a variety of skin concerns. It is particularly effective for skin resurfacing, fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, texture and pores. It uses controlled pulses of laser energy to remove the skin's outer layers. An Erbium YAG laser is often described as a blade of light due to its precision in treating the skin. The energy promotes collagen production and smoother, healthier skin as new skin cells regenerate. Downtime can be up to two weeks.

MicroLaser Peel

MicroLaser peels are a fractional ablative laser treatment that uses light energy to resurface the skin, removing the outer layer of skin and stimulating collagen production. It helps to reverse signs of the natural aging process, such as wrinkles, age spots, and irregular skin texture. Most people have little to no downtime associated with this procedure.

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)

With Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) technology, our aesthetic laser uses different wavelengths to target skin cells at multiple layers, encouraging the production of new collagen and fostering healthier, more vibrant skin. Laser tattoo removal uses concentrated light pulses to break down tattoo ink particles, which are then naturally eliminated by the body. This procedure effectively fades or removes tattoos with minimal scarring and relatively quick recovery time.

Melasma Q-Switch Laser Treatment

A treatment option for melasma, a skin condition characterized by brown or grey-brown patches, primarily on the face. This laser works by targeting the excess melanin (pigment) in the skin, breaking it down into smaller particles that are then naturally eliminated by the body.

Laser Hair Reduction

Using the 810 Diode laser, the MedWell team can target and reduce hair follicles (and deactivate future growth). Safe for a range of different skin types, our laser has built-in contact cooling technology to increase client comfort while hair follicles are being destroyed. In turn, the treatment session is considered much less painful than other hair reduction technologies.
